Industrial Hall in Ljubljana – Foundation Design, Structural Analysis, and Steel Canopy Plans
The industrial hall in Ljubljana, with dimensions of approximately 59.80 x 55.90m, is supported by reinforced concrete pocket foundations designed for prefabricated reinforced concrete columns. While the hall’s construction was completed by another company, we were responsible for the foundation plans, façade foundation beams, steel canopy plans, and comprehensive structural analysis. The adjacent steel canopy, structurally independent from the hall, is anchored to a reinforced concrete ramp using HILTI screws for stability. Strip foundations support the façade elements, and reinforced concrete beams connect point foundations to ensure horizontal rigidity. Our work ensured the structural reliability and seamless integration of concrete and steel elements, meeting all required standards for safety and performance.
