The structure consists of steel columns spaced at 5.4m, supporting primary steel beams spanning 13m at a 2.7m grid. A composite reinforced concrete slab on profiled steel sheeting provides horizontal rigidity and stability. The structure is supported on isolated footings connected by an RC slab foundation. Seismic resistance is achieved using a capacity design approach, ensuring plastic hinges form in beams, with columns and connections designed for additional strength to enhance robustness. This design ensures a safe and functional two-level parking facility.
