Vile Brdo Kokrica Residential Complex
The Vile Brdo Kokrica residential development consists of seven buildings, divided into construction phases A, B, and C. Each building is a masonry wall structure reinforced with RC columns and features three levels: basement, ground floor, and two upper stories. The buildings have footprints ranging from 12.6m x 13.5m to 12.6m x 18.9m. The buildings are founded on a waterproof RC mat slab, ensuring stability in areas with high groundwater. Load-bearing walls are masonry with vertical and horizontal seismic reinforcements, while RC columns provide additional structural integrity. Horizontal structures consist of monolithic RC slabs, ensuring rigidity and continuity across levels. Seismic forces are managed by RC columns and reinforced masonry walls, modeled as a medium ductility system. The foundation slab also counters hydrostatic uplift and differential settlement based on detailed geotechnical data.
